Garbage was strewn over lanes of southbound Fairfax County Parkway near I-66 Friday morning when a garbage truck and another truck collided around 8:30 a.m.
Tow trucks and a road crew responded to the scene to scoop up large piles of garbage in order to clear the lanes as traffic was slowed in both directions.
