ReplyI spoke with Paul Ruppert at Ruppert Real Estate 202-783-8484 yesterday. They are handling the lease, but are not the owners of the building. The owners in property records are Barbara and Gail Bassin, though I have not been able to track down a phone number for them, yet. -Shaun

ReplyI just spoke with Paul Ruppert of Ruppert Real Estate, the people who are terminating Max's lease. They are not commenting on the lease or the situation with Max. When I asked if they have another tenant lined up, as has been suggested on the listserv and by Max, Ruppert said, "The owners don't want us sharing any information." -Shaun
