My training as a Certified Co-Active Coach and as a Certified Facilitator in The Work of Byron Katie has provided me with the skills and strategies to deeply listen to the underlying beliefs and messages that impact how people live their lives.  My expertise includes coaching tools and techniques that empower clients to discover the answers within, creating clarity and thus taking action to achieve their goals as they evolve and enhance their lives. I am also proud to have added Yoga to my tool box. My passion is mindfulness and living an authentic life.
