Life long Harford county resident, Misha Waters graduated from Joppatowne High School in 1997.  She graduated from Eastern College, now Eastern University, in St. David’s Pennsylvania and went on to work in the Harford County non-profit community as a grant writer and program manager. She loves learning about health issues and passing the information along.
