When Patch launched in late 2010, editors and freelancers ventured to local businesses to collect information for our directory. They made Patch Places into a spot where local consumers can find descriptions, hours, accepted payment methods and much more for stores and restaurants around town. When Fairfax City Patch launched, editors and freelancers visited local businesses in order to collect information for our directory. Patch's Directory is a spot where users can find descriptions, hours, accepted payment methods, and much more for spots around both towns. All users can add events taking place at local spots, can rate the business on a scale of one to five stars, and can add a review. But did you know owners of local businesses can "claim" their listings to keep the information for their customers as up-to-date as possible? Fairfax Freddy's is the first of a number of locations coming to Northern Virginia.
Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers, located at 10030 Fairfax Blvd., is now open in Fairfax. The eatery has been under construction for the past few months, taking over the old Kentucky Fried Chicken location. It's the first of six Freddy's locations coming to Northern Virginia, Freddy's Communications Director Sarah Selmon told Patch in January.
