TITLE Boxing Opens in Fairfax

The boxing club hopes to create a community among its members.

Darryl Ayers hopes to change the way people work out in Fairfax City His new business, TITLE Boxing Club, opened in Courthouse Plaza in August, focusing on interval-based workouts that emphasize intense cardio and boxing exercises. The club will celebrate with an open house from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, a chance for locals to try out the club's "power hour" workout, and take advantage of prizes, give-aways and enrollment discounts. It's asking residents to call in advance (703-591-1900) to make an appointment for the 5:30 p.m. boxing or 7 p.m. kickboxing classes.
