Hill Street man arrested and charged with indecent exposure.
Police arrested a man for biking nude down Jermantown Road Saturday. Steven Robarge, 48, of Hill Street was charged with indecent exposure and eluding police after a woman spotted him allegedly riding his bicycle in the nude on Jermantown Road at around 4 p.m. An officer attempted to stop the naked man near Kutner Park and Lanier Middle School but the suspect rode away, according to Sgt. Joe Johnson of the City of Fairfax Police Department. He was later apprehended at his Hill Street residence. Johnson said the man carried his clothes in a basket on his bike. "He was not intoxicated, he said he was riding naked to get vitamin D from sunlight," Johnson said. Robarge was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and held on a $2,…
