Chef/owner Andrea Pace has worked in the kitchens at Cafe Milano in Georgetown and Fiore di Luna in Great Falls. She serves up such dishes as prosciutto with cantaloupe, chestnut soup, arugula salad and pheasant breast with sauerkraut and Asian pear.
