A great facility and helpful/friendly staff. I highly recommend Title boxing if you are looking for a great affordable place to get in shape, shed some pounds and have some fun in the process.

Title Boxing Club offers memberships for power hour workouts in boxing and kickboxing. During these classes, members exercise at their own intensity and learn how to jab, cross, hook, front kick, roundhouse and back kick by professionals. Personal training is an option and members will receive one-on-one training, as well as a customized exercise program that involves weight lifting and cardio.

Liked the workout. Cheaper than LA Boxing plus you can go to any of their clubs. Didn't like the owner. He seemed a bit annoyed and angry. When I didn't want to join after the free class I thought he was going to lose it. I found 2 more of these Title places in VA and tried the one in Herndon. The people were friendlier and the place looks nicer. I'll probably join there and make the slightly longer drive.
