Their business practices seemed shady and unprofessional to me. I felt rushed and ignored by the settlement person. He did not answer my questions or look me in the eye. I was kept out of the loop on the entire process and just given a date to show up. When shown the commitment I noticed some items that I didn't recognize. When I asked him what they were he just said "Don't worry about those, we are just recording documents to make them go away." That didn't answer my question. I just got the feeling that they were more interested in getting paid than truly helping me. Will never use them again. I paid them, but I didn't receive the service I paid for. It's more expensive, but I will use an attorney from now on....
