It's not my usual habit to answer telemarketers requests, but the day that someone form Homefix called, they held my interest and their politeness and their firm belief in the product they were selling convinced me to make an appointment. I was further impressed with the demonstrated efficiency and also that the windows I was interested in could be manufactured exactly to my specifications such as awning type and brown trim. The installers arrived on time after a date was scheduled (weather was a factor) and they worked efficiently and did a thorough job of cleaning up and disposing of old windows and trim. I find everything to be as advertised after three weeks, and I'm very satisfied with the windows and the process from beginning to end.
