Before starting US Army's Basic Officer Leadership Course at Fort Sam Houston, TX. I spent a period of time learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Evolution Martial Arts (EMA). Ultimate Family Friendly martial arts school. Classes are small and un-intimidating (especially important to families just getting started). The kids get individual attention when needed from the instructors. The instructors are very professional and willing to work with parents. And, the kids are very supportive of each other and have a lot of fun.

Great jiujitsu school that recently opened in Fairfax city. The two teachers are both good at explaining techniques and the other students are good to work with.
