BUYER BEWARE - DON'T BUY HERE
I bought a 2006 Nissan Murano SL AWD from this delearship. It was making a small noise, and they took it into their shop to look at it twice. I was assured it was nothing major, but that if anything happened, since I was purchasing the "Ultimate" in warranties, I would be fine, and was further told that if the warranty would not cover the repairs, they would.
To make this short, I just scheduled my first payment for this car, that I only got to drive 3 days after the purchase before the transmission litteraly fell off. The after weeks in the shop and all sorts of excuses, the warranty company backed off from the repair, and soon after so did the delearship. All the sudden, amnesia fell in, and no one remembers saying anything about repairing it. But, they did offer for me to pay half of the repair bill. When I said no, they told me... I was "unreasonable" and left it at that.
I am currently in the process of formal complaints on the company, and will be seeking legal advise tomorrow. DONT BUY FROM THEM, and if you are brave enough to... make sure that anything they tell you is in writting, because when it counts, they will back out of it.
