Curvy Girl Bridal has terrible customer service. The staff is rude - with the exception of Ruth. They say they will follow up with you . . . and they don't. Customer Service is atrocious and the "Director of Operations" is rarely at the store and has many days off.
Curvy Girl Bridal - don't you ever get tired of responding to upset brides-to-be? Have you ever thought that their upset because you never call them back and you make timing promises that are not met?
They may have nice dresses, but there is a price to pay with their rude, uncaring and fake customer service.
