The 29 Diner is a rare survivor among the once-numerous streamlined modern diners that operated in the United States in the 1940's. While it in rare to find one of these diners still standing, it is even more unusual to find one still in operation. This is a very small diner that caters to locals and college students who rave about the cornbeef hash.
