Fairfax Rebels Homecoming 2013: Leavin' T.J. 'Shaken and Stirred'

See photos from the parade and read a brief recap of the day's fun, including the game.

It was a pumped-up day for the Fairfax High Rebels Friday as they celebrated their 2013 Homecoming.

The parade marched down Old Lee Highway just after 4 p.m., full of excited students walking or riding, and several colorful floats.

The game against the Thomas Jefferson High Colonials kicked off at 7:30 p.m., and the Rebels did not disappoint. They dominated the game, with the Colonials only getting on the board in the last three minutes of the game.

All in all, it turned out to be a fantastic game, with the Rebels claiming victory, 42-7!

The students will celebrate with their Homecoming dance at the school Saturday night.
