You will learn about effective composting and apply all the Bio-Dynamic compost preparations. We'll work with the soil and discuss how we grow rich living soil and the crucial importance of this to the health of our garden and diet. We will also plant cool spring crops such as broccoli, cauliflower, kales, spinach, and lettuce outdoors and discuss the culture of these cold tolerant varieties.
