Zoning Rewrite Public Workshop March 20
Ordinance rewrite is ready for your input.
The City of Fairfax Zoning Rewrite will be subject of a public workshop at 7 p.m. next Thursday, March 20, at Old Town Hall, 3999 University Drive.
The city hired consultants for a comprehensive review and rewrite of the zoning ordinance. The community is invited to see a presentation of an analysis of city zoning standards, laying out a framework for the new draft.

After public input during the workshop, the rewriting team will begin the work of redrafting the ordinance.
