Public to Talk About Budget, Eleven Oaks Tonight

Fairfax City council members hope to hear from the public on the budget and proposed Eleven Oaks development at tonight's council meeting.

Here's a quick overview of tonight's public session:

  • Fiscal year 2014 budget. Read these stories to get a summary of what deficit and economic forecast the city will contend with until adoption in May 2013.
  • Eleven Oaks. This is the site that housed 50 school buses for several years. Those buses are to be moved to a new bus lot on the Pickett Road tank farm property. The Eleven Oaks site will then be redeveloped into residences. Click here for more information.
