Ox Road Closures Around George Mason University
Work planned during business hours and overnight thru Saturday morning. "It is strongly recommended to avoid this section of Ox Road."
Road work will close a strip of Ox Road (Route 123) at the George Mason University campus through early Saturday morning.
Commuting hours will be unaffected, but Ox Road traffic during business hours and overnight will be rerouted between University Drive and Braddock Road.
Mason's announcement:
From Wednesday, February 26 to Friday, February 28, there will be a lane closures northbound and southbound on Ox Road/Route 123 between University Drive and Braddock Road. This is the location of the current detoured road for the Campus Drive construction.

It is strongly recommended to avoid this section of Ox Road/Route 123 between 9 am – 3 pm and at night after 10 pm. Utilize alternate entrances/exits for the Fairfax Campus.
