Thaiss Park Closed While Police Search for Bryan Glenn

Woodson student last seen Monday morning; car recovered in park Tuesday.

Fairfax County Police are searching Thaiss Park on Pickett Road for any sign of missing Woodson High School student Bryan Glenn.

Glenn, 17, was last seen at the WHS junior parking lot Monday morning, then again at the Dunkin Donuts on Fairfax Boulevard in Fairfax City about an hour later. A missing persons report has been filed with the Fairfax County Police Department.

On Tuesday morning, Glenn's vehicle was found in the Thaiss Park parking lot.

The park is closed Thursday to allow police to search for evidence that could determine the whereabouts of the student, said Sgt. Joe Johnson of the City of Fairfax Police Department. This includes the Thaiss fields, trails and parking lot.
