Police: Ulta Shoplifting Arrest, Ramona Drive Vehicle Floured

The following incident and arrest information was supplied by the City of Fairfax Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Latest crime news:

  • Unlawful Entry, Larceny, 4300 Block of Ramona Drive: Ramona Drive residents told police an unknown man went inside their apartment, took cash from a purse, then left when confronted by a resident on Nov. 28. The suspect did not force his way into the home
  • Vandalism, 4300 Block of Ramona Drive: Someone(s) poured flour over a vehicle parked on Ramona Drive sometime after 9 p.m. on Nov. 27.
  • Larceny, K-Mart: Someone(s) stole a shopper's wallet from K-Mart at around 7:45 p.m. on Nov. 27. The wallet had cash, identification and credit cards. One of the credit cards was later used unsuccessfully to purchase an item at a local store.
  • Larceny, 3800 Block of Richard Avenue: Someone(s) stole items from the bed of a pickup truck parked in a Richard Avenue driveway sometime after 10 p.m. on Nov. 28.
  • Shoplifting, Ulta: Elizabeth Phi Hoang, 54, of Parkside Terrace was arrested on Nov. 27 for allegedly stealing merchandise from the Ulta store. Fairfax City and County police charged Hoang with the Nov. 26 petit larceny. She was released on a summons.
