Police: Intoxicated Man Claimed He Was a Police Officer, Provided False ID

Arrest in weekend incident, according to Fairfax City Police.

A call regarding a suspicious person ended with multiple charges in the Sunday morning incident, according to Fairfax City Police.

Lenwood Green, 36, of no fixed address, is charged with felony forging of a public document, and misdemeanor offenses of falsely identifying himself to a police officer, impersonating a police officer and public intoxication.

Officers were called to Jersey Mike's at 10394 Willard Way. They located Green, described by police as intoxicated.

City police noted that Green first claimed to be a police officer and provided identification that was determined to be false.

Green was held without bond at the Adult Detention Center.
