Police Blotter: Feb. 15

The following arrest information was supplied by the City of Fairfax Police Department. Arrests do not imply conviction.

Larceny

  • An occupant of the medical offices located at 11166 Fairfax Blvd. reported that sometime between 4:30 a.m. and 1:55 p.m. on Feb. 13 her wallet had been stolen from her purse, which was stored in a cabinet inside the office. The wallet contained cash, identification and credit cards. Police say, "One of the cards was used to make an unauthorized purchase and several attempted purchases." 

Prescription Fraud

  • At 4:34 p.m. Feb. 13, the pharmacist at reported an unknown male subject tried to fill a fraudulent prescription using a form that had been stolen from a doctor's office.
