Oak Marr Swim Instructor Accused of Touching 7-Year-Old Girl

A 23-year-old Fairfax swim instructor is accused of inappropriately touching a 7-year-old girl.

Eduardo Requejo was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.

Police received a complaint on July 3 from a mother of a 7-year-old girl that her daughter had been inappropriately touched on several occasions. An investigation led to charges filed Monday, police said.

Requejo turned himself in to police at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

Requejo has worked as a swimming instructor at the Oak Marr Recreation Center in Oakton since 2005, but police said that the incident did not happen where he worked. Authorities said that the victim was not one of his students.
