Suspect "displeased with his food order," according to Fairfax City Police.

The Wendy's fast-food restaurant in Fairfax City was a little more hopping than usual recently when a customer reportedly went crazy over his food order.

City of Fairfax Police reported that on Dec. 21, just after 10 p.m., a man who was "displeased with his food order" smashed up one of the soda machines and threw his food at the store manager, striking him in the face.

Police were called, and officers showed up and placed the 23-year-old man with no fixed address under arrest.

The man was charged with assault and battery and destruction of property and was taken to the Adult Detention Center. His bond was set at $1,000.
