Jogger Attacked: Suspect Sketch Released

Woman was on a path in Fair Oaks area, according to Fairfax County Police.

Fairfax County Police have released a composite sketch of the suspect in the attempted assault of a jogger.

At 7 p.m. Thursday, the woman was on a path in the area of the 12900 block of Point Pleasant Drive when she says a man on a bicycle attacked her. 

Police said the woman managed to escape without being injured, and called for help, according to NBC Washington.

Police describe the suspect as a clean-shaven Hispanic or White male in his 20s. He was approximately 5'9" tall, with an average build. He was last seen wearing a neon yellow shirt and riding a bicycle.
