Herndon Man Arrested for Malicious Wounding at Icons Sports Bar

Fairfax County Police have arrested a 27-year-old Herndon man in connection with a malicious wounding that took place at Icons Sports Bar on Main Street in Fairfax last October.

According to a press release issued by police, authorities say Marcus William Trammel, of 18241 Mill Spring Court in Herndon, punched the victim in the face after the victim began dancing with the suspect's friend. The victim sustained serious, but non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Inova Fairfax Hospital.

Trammel was taken into custody on June 9, was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and was released on a $2,500 unsecured bond.
