Fairfax City Police Log: Graffiti in the Comstock Community

The following cases were reported to the Fairfax City Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Fairfax City police responded to the following cases between March 18 and 20:

 

 

Vandalism

9700 Block of Main Street – On March 18 at 3:16 PM a citizen reported that on or about February 25 unknown person(s) had had spray painted graffiti on two residential mailboxes, a power box and a fence in the Comstock community.

Credit Card Fraud

 

10200 Block of Antietam Avenue – On March 18 at 4:00 PM the resident reported that unknown person(s) had used her credit card number to make unauthorized transactions in Texas.

 

Vandalism

 

11100 Block of Fairhaven Court – On March 18 at 5:43 PM the vehicle owner reported that unknown person(s) had broken out a window on her parked vehicle.

 

Identity Fraud

 

9500 Block of Shelley Krasnow Lane – On March 19 at 1:13 PM the resident reported that on four occasions since January 15 unknown person(s) had made unauthorized debits to his checking account.

 

Larceny

 

10800 Block of Warwick Avenue – On March 19 at 4:52 PM the resident reported that on March 16 unknown person(s) had stolen two packages which a delivery service had left on the front steps of the home.

 

Identity Fraud

 

3500 Block of Wilcoxson Drive – On March 19 at 6:45 PM the resident reported that since February 22 unknown person(s) had used his identifying information to open a number of credit accounts in the New York City area.

 

Vandalism

 

9908 Mosby Road – On March 20 at 7:55 AM a citizen reported that sometime after 7:00 PM on March 19 unknown persons) had spray painted graffiti on a City barricade.

 

Larceny

 

10327 Fairfax Boulevard / Holiday Inn Express – On March 20 at 4:07 PM the manager reported that an unknown male subject had stolen her iPhone which had been left on a table in the lobby.
