Fairfax Arrests: Underage Drinking, Embezzlement, Sexual Battery

The latest in Fairfax City crime news.

The following incident and arrest information was supplied by the City of Fairfax Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Latest crime news:

  • Embezzlement Arrest, Fairfax Kia: Hassan Ali Yousufi, 29, of Centreville, and Robert Najib Zaber, 38, of Triangle, were arrested for allegedly stealing money from Fairfax Kia since Feb. 2012. A Kia manager claims that both salespersons had been receiving cash from customers without handing the money to the dealership. 
  • Shoplifting Arrest, Safeway
  • Sexual Battery Arrest, Shell Gas Station (Lee Hwy): Mahmood Qalandari, 37, of Centreville was arrested on Nov. 23 after allegedly touching a woman despite her objections. The 21-year-old Woodbridge woman told police that she stopped by the service station on Nov. 15 to consider buying the station owner's vehicle. She claims that Qalandari touched her inappropriately while both were in the vehicle.
  • ABC Violation Arrest, 3900 Block of Chain Bridge Road: Colton Keyser, 20, of Reston was arrested for allegedly using fake identification to buy alcohol on Nov. 22. Police say Keyser was intoxicated when confronted by an officer on patrol. He allegedly yelled an obscenity at the officer and had used a fake Pennsylvania driver's license to purchase the alcohol. Keyser was charged with possession of fictitious identification, underage consumption of alcohol and drunk in public.
