Embezzlement, Forgery Allegations at Fairfax Medical Office

Fraudulent charges on business accounts, according to Fairfax City Police.

A medical office employee is accused of fraudulent spending off business accounts, according to Fairfax City Police.

On Wednesday morning, the owner of Affordable Primary Care at 10721 Main Street contacted police when it was discovered that fraudulent checks and unauthorized credit card charges had been made on business accounts.

Terri Wade, 44, of 6504 Old Landover Road, Landover, Md., is charged with one count of felony embezzlement, three counts of felony uttering and three counts of felony forgery. Her bond was set at $7000.
