Closures on University Drive, Roberts Road

Dominion Power working in two locations for much of Thursday

Drivers will have only partial address to two main Fairfax City roads on Thursday as Dominion Virginia Power completes work in the area.

Between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Dominion will be working in the following locations, according to an alert from the City of Fairfax:

University Drive between Main Street and Sager Avenue. "The right lane of University [Drive] will be closed and traffic will be able to pass in the left lane," the city said.
Roberts Road just south of Main Street. " Roberts [Road] will be reduced to one lane and flagmen will run alternating one-way traffic," the city said.
