Again, error, please excuse, line five '03/11' should read '03/10'. Thank you!

Dear Mr. Hicks, I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I hope the church program is helping. I grew up next to that church and, although I attended a different Baptist church as a child, I have fond memories of several functions we attended there. You'll have to forgive Mr. Hambrick, he often jumps to conclusions and gets the story wrong. You see, the Patch has an agenda and your side of the story must not fit that end....Mr. Hambrick, did you even attempt to contact Mr. Hicks before you posted this story?...or anyone at the church?

Thank you, Kim! Additionally, when Joselito continued to state and show he was not going to stop further aggression towards me, I left the area. About and hour and a half later I returned, he was gone, so I stayed. Needing the hypothermia services at the church thru the Facets program. Then, to my surprise, and dismay, was arrested by the police who believed some other story of the event by others who did not see it in entirety. I was returned to the church around 7 pm by the arresting officer. Joselito arrived shortly there after from the hospital without injury. The following evening, the Facets facilitator on duty sent me away instead of Joselito. What happened on 03/10 when the facilitator on duty did nothing with this individual? I also went to the FCBC church during the next day, early, requesting assistance in the matter as above, Kim is suggesting. No one was available to help. This scenario is a 'typical' one involving the facets hypo program. The actual victim gets punished instead of the actual aggressive criminal due to some sort of biased nonsense. Thanks again for your obviously compassionately understanding comment/post, Kim. Yet this does not make up for what happened and the extreme amount of time inundation that is going to follow. A supreme amount of labrynthed events are to follow. Court dates. Subpeana's. Public defenders. All because of a system in place that punishes the innocent thru time inundation, stress and the rest. Similar scenario"s over the last few years have caused me to end up homeless and in need of these serviced to start with. Lost my career job the same way. With the immoral typical criminally minded one's 'winning' with lies and deceit.

Good luck to you Mr. Hicks. I can't speak to the incident, as I wasn't there, but I do know that you will undoubtedly be put through the labyrinth. Don't expect Mr. Hambrick to reach out for your side of the story; that's not part of the agenda here at the Patch. I hope things turn around for you and that the program continues to offset your circumstances. God bless.

My last comment was not posted!? To abbreviate, the facets church program is doing nothing significant to 'offset' my or certain others situation. Catering to substance abusers and criminals, allowing them to continue substance abusing and commit crimes. These types of policy's, if anything, offset the help offered for others that do not fit into the above agenda policy's. It mutes the help. Makes it redundant. The only reason I and certain others that are not substance abusers and criminals have to be there is because we have no other choice but to freeze to death and the other help programs in the region are far worse with the above and more detailed/explained!
