Richard Lee Glotfelty "Rick" of Fairfax, Virginia went to be with his Lord on May 6th, 2014 at the age of 66.
He was the late son of John R. and Harriet Glotfelty. He is survived by his Son, Sean J. Glotfelty of Fairfax, VA, his Sister and Brother in Law Beverly and Roy Scott of Houston, PA, and his Sister and Brother in Law Debbie and Randy Matthias of Belle Vernon, PA, along with five nieces and nephews.
Retired from the USAF, Richard was a lifelong member of the NRA, NMLRA and the Paralyzed Veterans of America. (PVA) He devoted his life to severing his fellow Paralyzed Veterans through his 30 plus years of work at the National level of the PVA, creating a legacy of helping thousands of Paralyzed Veterans. Richard had a passion for the outdoors, especially when his dog Brandy was by his side.
