Matthew John LeGrand, 57, of Fairfax, passed away on August 2.
A former Marine turned Navy pilot and later software engineer, he was remembered for his work ethic and devotion to his family, his obituary reads.
Mr. LeGrand is survived by his wife and their five children. His funeral service is on August 19. Details of his service are published on the Demaine Funeral Home website.
