Holiday Craft Fair Offers 200+ Vendors and Gift Ideas

The fair will be held inside Fairfax High School on Saturday and Sunday.

Drop by this weekend for a chance to browse holiday fare from over 200 artisans at Fairfax City's 25th annual Holiday Craft Fair. The indoor festival offers artwork, crafts, holiday gifts, music and food all day Saturday and Sunday.

The city will provide free shuttle service from the parking lot at Democracy Square (Layton Hall Drive and Old Lee Highway) in downtown Fairfax on Saturday only. First and last shuttle departures are at 9:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m, respectively.  Tickets cost $5 per day or $8 for a two-day pass. Admission is free for those under 18 years of age.

Hot lunch will be served to the tunes of the City of Fairfax Band ensembles.

The event is one of a handful of holiday-related events planned in the next few weeks. It is sponsored by Fair City Mall, 97.1 WASH-FM, Crystal Springs and Cox, among other local businesses.
