would like to invite you, your friends and family to a relaxed and
joyous afternoon where you can learn about meditation, enjoy a guided
meditation session followed by live music and refreshments.

About Meditation

Meditation is the state of
thoughtless awareness achieved by awakening our own inner energy called
Kundalini. This can have numerous benefits such as

  • feel spiritually satisfied
You will learn simple techniques that can be used easily in daily life to achieve these benefits.

All events and classes are FREE OF CHARGE and offered by volunteer practitioners.

This
program is brought to you by Sahaja Yoga Meditation group of DC Metro
area. We have been conducting free meditation classes volunteered by
regular practitioners for over 20 years in the area. This meditation is
based on the teachings of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.
