Mason Alumni Weekend 2013: Green & Gold Bash

Where can George Mason University alumni and friends get together to enjoy a  giant paella, Doc Nix and the Green Machine, and DJ Chris Styles, all in one place? The Green
and Gold Bash
at Mason's Alumni Weekend.

On Saturday,
October 5 from 6:30 to 9 p.m., alumni and friends can enjoy the culinary creations of the José Andrés Think Food Group, the people responsible for popular restaurants Jaleo,
Oyamel and The Bazaar. Pepe The Food Truck will also be on hand with signature
tapas, all of which will be complemented with sangria, wine, and beer.

Doc Nix and The
Green Machine will kick off the evening’s entertainment, followed later in the
evening by DJ Chris Styles, who will provide dance music to help alumni and friends
burn off all those gourmet calories. Throughout the evening, guests can capture
memories in the eight-person photo booth or via the on-site caricature
artists.
