Fairfax Restaurant Chains Make Business Journal's Top List

Two of the top 10 chains in Virginia are in Fairfax.

The staff of the Washington Business Journal has made its annual list of the top locally-owned restaurant chains, and two that fell in the top 10 are in Fairfax.

Five Guys Burgers and Fries, based out of Lorton and with 61 employees in the D.C. metro area, ranked No. 1 on the list. Hard Times Café of Arlington came in at No. 4, and Glory Days Grill of Fairfax also ranked in the top 10.

It’s all part of the newspaper’s annual list that highlights the best businesses in the area.
