I went there in high school in the '60s and over the decades when I worked in Oakton. This diner is the last of its kind in this area and if someone takes it over please don't change the building or decor. Its such a landmark

I finished off many a late night date here. Sad to hear it closed and hope it really does reopen soon!

Hopefully when they reopen either the prices are more at Diner levels (unlike the Silver Diner where you pay a premium for a diner-like experience) or their food is better. Obviously both would be the best combination.

I hung out there in the very late night for years. Wow, such a shock. Whoever takes it over, please try to keep it intact. But you can update the bathrooms lol
