2011 Festival of Lights and Carols
Lunch with Santa
Sherwood Community Center, 3740 Old Lee Highway, Fairfax VA
Three seatings at 11am, 12noon and 1pm. $6 per child. For children ages 12 and younger. Tickets are required and are available November 1 from the Parks & Recreation Department (City Hall, 10455 Armstrong Street), Green Acres Center (4401 Sideburn Street) and Sherwood Community Center. The Polar Express Shuttle Bus will transport participants between the community center and Old Town Hall from noon to 3pm for those to enjoy the activities held at Kitty Pozer Garden. Limit 10 tickets per person.

12noon to 7pm - Listen to live holiday music, explore the petting zoo (Long Energy Solutions), enjoy hot cider (provided by the Fairfax City Kiwanis Club) and smores (provided by Capital Remodeling, Inc and Gutter Pros)

2:30 to 5pm - Performances by Sidney Lanier Middle School
3 to 5pm - Visits with Santa. Parents/guardians can take photos of their child(ren) with Santa, please bring your camera
Candlelight Tours at Ratcliffe-Allison House
6 to 7pm - Candlelight Tours.
Animated Light Display Kitty Pozer Garden, 3999 University Drive The Kitty Pozer Garden will be illuminated with animated lights from Thanksgiving weekend through January 8, 2012 beginning at 5pm each evening. Sponsored by the Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority and Bull Run Festival of Lights.
