Roadwork Could Affect Commuters Next Week
Milling, paving operations to begin March 17.
Release, City of Fairfax:
Paving contractors will begin milling and paving the following city streets beginning March 17:
- Boxford Court
- Blackthorn Court
- Pinehurst Avenue
- University Drive, between Sager Avenue and Armstrong Street
- University Drive, between Kenmore Drive and North Street
Contractors will post "no parking" signs as needed and will announce roadwork on variable message boards in the vicinity of the roadwork. Morning and evening commutes could be affected.
Roadwork may be delayed or rescheduled as needed due to weather and other conditions.
