PULTE HOMES CONTINUES EXPANSION IN FAIRFAX WITH NEW HOME DESIGNS

Newly released for sale in January, the Flats at MetroWest luxury condominiums feature two bedrooms and 1,375-1,685 square feet of living space from the $400’s.  Buyers are citing the modern urban architecture, balconies/patios, dedicated underground parking and private bedrooms on opposite ends of the units as the key reasons why they chose to purchase a home at MetroWest.

The Flats is part of Pulte Homes’ newest product offering at MetroWest, which has welcomed over 300 townhome and townhome condominium homeowners over the past two years. The community is located alongside the Vienna Metro Station and is nine metro stops from Washington D.C. MetroWest is walking distance to the Pan Am Shopping Center and has 30 percent of the community dedicated to preserved open space.
