Local Jazzercise with Yhomi exercise classes have added new times, to accommodate those with a busy morning or evening schedule, such as moms who need to do morning school drop-off, those who have a long evening commute, and others. Now, her popular Jazzercise classes will be offered at 9:45 a.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, at the Mott Community Center near Braddock Road and the Fairfax County Parkway. The 60-minute class includes a warm-up, high-energy aerobic routines, muscle toning, and a cool-down stretch segment, and combines elements of dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kick-boxing and more. For more information, contact Yhomi at firstname.lastname@example.org or 703-909-6449.
