Mutt Love is a wonderful organization. I adopted my terrier/lab mix from them and she's the best decision we ever made.

Yes Mutt Love is very good resque group.Only sometimes is very strict.I knew some wonderful people loved to adopt homeless animals and give them forever home and Mutt Love didn't approved them brcause this people doesn't have a single family houses and backyards.I think this is totally stupid!I am living in apartment and walking my dogs more in the anyone who has a single family house and living poor dogs all day a long in backyard.I think Mutt Love little materialistic.

Natela, Mutt Love does not require people to live in a single family home with a backyard in order to adopt one of our dogs (just ask the editor of Fairfax City Patch! :-)); however, there may be some instances where we might prefer that for certain dogs... or if a dog has more than one family interested, the one with the yard *might* be the one we choose. It all depends on the dog. We try to find the best home for each dog. If we were materialistic, we wouldn't care where our dogs go, we wouldn't interview potential adopters, we wouldn't do home visits, we wouldn't give up every Saturday afternoon to go to adoption events... we would just take the adoption fee and let the dogs go wherever. We love our dogs!
