Update: Missing Centreville Teen Found
Lisa Marie Ham, age 16, disappeared in Fairfax on Feb. 23.
Update, March 4: Lisa Ham was found, her family said Sunday. No other information was immediately available.
Original story:
A Centreville family is asking the public to help find their 16-year-old teenager, who ran away from home on Thursday.
Lisa Marie Ham was last seen outside of the Juvenile Court Shelter Care at 10670 Page Avenue in Fairfax on Feb. 23 around 7 p.m. She ran away with another girl from the shelter.
Her mother, Petra Ham, has spent the last few days coating local fire stations, hospitals and malls with fliers. She said that Lisa liked Manassas and Reston, and may be in one of those locations. Petra is very concerned for her daughter's safety. "I want her to contact me and come home," she said.
Lisa is biracial, 5'7" tall, about 160 pounds with a medium build, hazel eyes and shoulder length black hair. She may be wearing dark blue jeans, a black jacket and black and grey boots; or, she may be wearing khaki pants, a royal blue shirt, grey sweater and white sneakers. She also has asthma and may be in need of an inhaler. She used to attend Westfield High School and has friends in the area.
Anyone who has information on Lisa's whereabouts may call Petra Ham at 571-224-3565, Lisa's sister at 571-338-2906, or Lisa's godmother at 703-342-8000.
