TEC's request seems to avoid their eccliastical and legal grasp of the judge's most recent ruling. That's just great; annoy judge Bellows again!
Be careful what you ask for, you just might get it . . .
And, Don't let your reach exceed your grasp. Is TEC VA over reaching? Looks that way to me.

The Diocese of Virginia has no way of funding the Falls Church property, given that there are only several dozen members of the loyalist "continuing" congregation and episocpal church membership has plummeted over the last few decades. Just recently, the Falls Church Day School sent out a letter warning parents that their kids' school is in threat of closure. Congratulations to you, Bishop Johnston, if you kill off the day school to get the church back for such paltry numbers.

Who's to know what might happen once the Episcopal church welcomes you, again.
