Burke Station Court Argument Brings County Officers, K9

UPDATE (11:27 a.m.): No criminal charges were filed against the man and woman, according to PFC Bud Walker of the Fairfax County Police Department.

Police officers blocked off Burke Station Court early Thursday morning after a woman called 911 and said the man she was arguing with had a gun.
Fairfax County police arrived at the scene at around midnight and started a 2-hour standoff between the man, woman and officers. A K9 unit was dispatched into the wooded area behind the house. The suspects exited the residence at around 2 a.m.
Police have yet to confirm that a weapon was involved in the incident.
It's not clear exactly what happened before and after the 911 call. Officers said the man and woman gave conflicting statements regarding the incident. They weren't sure if charges would be filed.
There were no injuries.
A helicopter was called to the scene but did not remain. Alcohol was involved in the incident. The woman was released from custody and left Burke Station Road in a cab.
