UPDATE (11:25 a.m.): Pickett Road closures canceled Tuesday. Moved to Wednesday.

Construction and gas crews closed lanes on Pickett Road and Main Street in Fairfax City Tuesday.

Southbound Pickett Road: Right lane closed between Colonial Avenue and Mathy Drive. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Anderson Co. crews will be working on entrace construction during this time frame. (This has been moved to tomorrow.)

Main Street: Crews will close one lane at a time. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. One lane will always be open for traffic. Washington Gas/NPL will conduct service installations during this time frame.
