Help Find Missing 14-Year-Old Girl

Call Fairfax City police with any information.

Fairfax City police are looking for a 14-year-old girl who was last seen Thursday night.

Estefani Perez-Rubio, or "Shorty," was last seen wearing a black sweater with "Columbia" written on it, jeans and black Vans shoes, according to the Fairfax City Police Department. She is about four feet-six inches tall and 125 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and a black spot under her left eye. Perez-Rubio may be wearing a gold necklace with two hearts, gold hoop earrings, a silver stud earring, silver rings. She may be carrying an Adidas bag carrying reading glasses and a second pair of black and white Vans shoes.

Perez-Rubio left her home with Charles Alberto Mejia-Ceron, a 40-year-old man who is five feet-six inches tall, 150 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair and might have a mustache or goatee. He was last seen wearing a dark blue short-sleeved jacket and jeans. Mejia-Ceron is known to take medication for diabetes and cholesterol. His past work history has him installing electronics inside vehicles.

Ceron was last seen driving a white 1992 Toyota 4Runner with the Virginia registration number XMT-5390.

Police say Perez-Rubio knew Mejia-Ceron.
